7.8 sets up staff and ticket management, and moves the bot onto a sturdier base

Per-event logs
Each log type is turned on separately and goes to its own channel, or to the main log channel
Nickname moderation
A banned nickname is renamed, recorded on the member’s record and the member is told by DM
Recruitment
Applications sorted by rules, an interview channel, then the staff profile and trial period created on hire
Resignations
An approved resignation removes moderation roles and notifies the member
Live tickets
A ticket’s conversation shows live in the dashboard, and /transcript exports a message history
Staff commands
/sanction, /casier, /absent, /meeting and /note
