Partnerships
The Partnerships module keeps a file on every partner of the server: how far along the deal is, what each side grants the other, what was promised, and what the partnership actually brings in.
What the module tracks
Section titled “What the module tracks”A partnership is a case file, not just a line in an announcement channel. Each one carries:

| The type | Ad exchange, permanent alliance, sister server, joint event, cross giveaway, content creator, sponsor, media outlet… twenty-five types cover the common cases, and Custom covers the rest. |
| The tracking level | Simple, Tracked or Contractual. Agreements and the payment schedule only show on contractual cases: a schedule on an ad swap between friends helps nobody. |
| The stage | The case moves from Lead to Active, then on to Up for renewal, Ended, Paused, Broken off or Archived. Stage jumps that would activate a partnership without validation are refused. |
| The perks | Partner role, channel access or a dedicated channel, showcase, pinned ad, AutoMod exemption, invite rights, XP bonus, access to giveaways… what your server grants. |
| The commitments | Ad posts, ad kept live, arrivals brought in, announcements relayed, prizes supplied, moderation backup… what was promised, and what gets checked. |
What the partnership returns
Section titled “What the partnership returns”Kotbo credits arrivals to the invitation of the partner who brought them, then measures what becomes of them: how many are still here, how many are active, how many sanctions they collected, and how many ads the partner actually posted. It all sums up into a health score for the partnership.
That report is what /partnership bilan returns.
From Discord
Section titled “From Discord”Once the module is enabled, the /partnership command becomes available. The management subcommands require the Discord Manage Server permission.

A server that wants to propose a partnership uses:
The form asks for the server or project name, an invitation link, a member count and what is being offered. If requests are closed, Kotbo answers that this server does not take them.
Reacting to a partnership
Section titled “Reacting to a partnership”Three triggers connect the module to automations:
- Partenariat : changement d’étape - the case moves to another stage, once the perks are applied.
- Partenariat : engagement non tenu - a commitment is found unmet; the missed periods field lets you react only on the second or third time.
- Partenariat : arrivée attribuée - a member arrives through a partner’s invitation.
Partner directory
Section titled “Partner directory”The Annuaire partenaires page will open discovery beyond your own server: listing yourself, receiving proposals, and browsing compatible servers. It is under development as well, and a server can only be published there if it allowed listing in the module settings.
