Members

The Members page is your server directory. Use it to find a member, review their activity and open their moderation file.

The indicators at the top

Four figures summarise the state of your community: Total members, then the number of members present, members who left and bots.

Finding a member

The search field accepts a name, a server nickname or a Discord ID.

Filtering

Humans / Bots: restricts the list to one or the other.
On server / Left: Kotbo keeps the record of members who left, so you can still look up the history of a departed account.
Reset the filters clears everything.

Sorting

Three sorts, each available ascending or descending:

Last activity
Messages sent
Join date

The Per page selector controls how many rows are shown, and the counter at the bottom tells you how many members are visible out of the total.

Reading a row

Each row shows the member, their Activity column (last activity, in minutes, hours or days, or Never) and their Messages column. Clicking a member opens their profile.

A member’s profile

Every member has their own page, at /members/ followed by their ID: you can bookmark it or share it with staff. It also exists for a member who left, marked Left.

The header gives the join date, account creation, Last activity and inviter (Invited by), with Copy ID. Two buttons go further:

Full case file opens the moderation case file in a window, with its tabs;
Moderate applies a sanction straight away.

The profile then gathers:

Block	Content
Points of attention	What deserves a look: active sanctions, suspected alt account, pending reports, repeated warnings, account created shortly before joining, linked accounts, repeated joins, invitees who leave quickly.
Staff note	An internal note, changed with Edit.
At a glance	Messages and voice over 90 days, active days (with the current streak and the best), level, reputation received, balance, members invited (and how many are still here), tickets opened and their average rating, suggestions and forms, giveaways won.
Roles	The member’s roles.
Activity	Messages per day, with a dot under the bar on voice days.
Timeline	Everything about the member, most recent first, filterable: All, Joins, Moderation, Support, Community, Changes.
Risk level	The number of warnings, the weighted score and how long ago the last sanction was.
Where they talk and With whom	Their most used channels and the members they talk with most.
Linked accounts	Alt accounts spotted, validated or to check.

When AegisAI is on, a card also sums up the tone of their messages.
