Staff and administration commands
The team does not need to open the dashboard for everyday gestures: declaring an absence, confirming attendance at a meeting or reading an evaluation all happen on Discord.
Meetings
Section titled “Meetings”/meeting create: Schedules a staff meeting, with its title, date and description./meeting list: The upcoming meetings./meeting checkin: Confirms your attendance at the meeting in progress by hand./meeting sync: Forces a sync of the absences declared for the next meeting.
Absences and departures
Section titled “Absences and departures”/absent declarertype:Congésdebut:12/07/2026fin:19/07/2026superieur:@Alex
/absent declarer opens the declaration: the type of absence, its debut and fin dates, the raison and the superieur to notify. /absent terminer closes it early.
/demission submits a staff resignation request with a reason. The request goes to the team: it removes no role on its own.
Evaluations
Section titled “Evaluations”/evaluations me: Your own evaluation./evaluations check: A staff member’s evaluation./evaluations generate: Generates an evaluation over a given periode.
Training your moderators
Section titled “Training your moderators”/simulation starts a simulated incident for the team to practise on, from a chosen scenario. Nothing that happens there is real: this is the tool to pull out before handing real sanctions to a new moderator.
Server administration
Section titled “Server administration”These commands require the Administrator permission.
