Clans, seasons and bets

Clans split the server’s members into teams that score together, season after season. Everything is read and played from Discord; the configuration stays on the dashboard.

  • /clan list: Every clan configured on the server, with its head count.
  • /clan info: A clan’s file and the ranking of its members.
  • /clan leaderboard: The clan leaderboard for the active season.
  • /clan historique: Past seasons, with the saison option to target one.
  • /clan paris: Your open bets, your debt and your record.

On the season side, /seasons current gives the running season, /seasons list every season, and /seasons leaderboard the ranking of a specific one.

A bet stakes clan points, not coins. A referee then settles it by naming the winning side.

  • /paris duel: A head-to-head. The adversaire option challenges someone in particular; left empty, the challenge is open to all.
  • /paris pool: A pot between several players, with a number of places to fill.
  • /paris equipes: Named sides, separated by commas, with their seats after a colon: Red:1, Blue:3.

Every bet carries a sujet (subject) and a mise (stake) in clan points.

When the referee voids a bet instead of settling it, every stake is returned.

Three subcommands act on the whole server and require the Administrator permission:

  • /clan distribute randomly assigns members who have no clan.
  • /clan dedupe fixes members holding several clans at once.
  • /clan clear removes every clan role from the server.
